User Guides


Allowing users to help themselves.

We have a comprehensive set of online user guides that explain step-by-step how to perform tasks. Each guide is supported with screenshots to assist visually what a user should see on screen.

We have also developed a number of video tutorials so staff, where English is not their first language, can watch and listen as someone shows them how a feature works.

Help Desk


Management Advantage provides unique support.

We have support people who are clinical consultants and understand aged care. Their specialist advice can help you realise the vast capabilities of manad plus.

If you send a support email you will automatically receive an acknowledgement that is has been received and be allocated a ticket number for future correspondence and assistance with your issue right through to resolution.

Client feedback is extremely important to us.

We are always listening to our clients and involving them in the ongoing development of manad plus.

Through both user groups and our annual user conferences/meetings, clients provide valuable feedback that continually enhances our software.

Users can also always lodge suggestions with their dedicated Client Manager or directly via the Help Desk so we can log these into our Feedback database.
