Australian social researchers McCrindle have looked at the Aged Care Industry in a recent report.
“In the next 30 years Australia will see an unprecedented rate of growth of the over 85s in our nation. In 2044 there will be 1.2 million more people aged over 85 than there are today, and the average older Australian will live 5 years longer than today which equates to adding 6 million more years of care just for the increased number of over 85s and just to manage their increased life expectancy.”

Microsoft’s new operating system (OS), Windows 10, will be released in the coming weeks.
It’s going to be a free upgrade. The only requirements for this upgrade are that:
a) your device is compatible, and
b) you’re running genuine Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Windows 8.1 (Update).
It is available for a limited time: you have one year from the time Windows 10 is available to take advantage of this offer from Microsoft.
We have a preview pre-release copy installed already and are testing Manad Plus with this new OS. We don’t anticipate there being any issues but please don’t upgrade until we have added this to our supported OS list.
